Response times
We aim to answer service requests within one business day, and general enquiries within two. These are targets rather than guarantees.
Requesting Energy
The Energy request form on the home page is a demonstration: it validates input in your browser and transmits nothing. Once a production backend is connected, it will become the primary route for resource requests.
Before you write to us
- Never include a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or password in any message.
- A public TRON address is enough to discuss a resource requirement.
- Describing your transaction workflow helps more than a bare Energy figure.
- We cannot advise on the value, purchase, or sale of any digital asset.
Reporting impersonation
If someone claiming to represent Ampline asks you for keys, seed phrases, or transfers of funds, it is not us. Report it to [email protected].
