Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information when you use the Ampline website. Ampline is an independent infrastructure service concerned with TRON Energy, a network resource. We are not a cryptocurrency exchange, wallet, custodian, or financial services provider.

Ampline has not appointed a data protection officer. Given the limited scope of processing described below, one is not required under Article 37 GDPR; this position is reviewed whenever the service changes. Privacy enquiries reach the operator directly at the address above.

2. The request form on this website

The Energy request form is a front-end demonstration. When you submit it:

• Your input is validated by JavaScript running in your own browser.
• No request is sent to a server, an API, an email address, or a messaging service.
• Nothing is written to local storage, session storage, or cookies.
• The values are discarded when the page is reloaded or closed.

In other words, the current build does not collect the wallet address, Energy amount, duration, email address, or use-case description you enter. If a production backend is added later, this section must be rewritten to describe what is actually collected, why, on what legal basis, and for how long it is retained.

3. Information we never ask for

Ampline does not request, and will never request, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, exchange credentials, or any other secret that controls access to funds. If any website, message, or person claiming to represent us asks for these, it is not us.

4. Public wallet addresses

A public TRON address is a public identifier on a public blockchain. In a production service it would be processed for the sole purpose of directing a resource arrangement to the correct address. Depending on your jurisdiction, a public address may still be treated as personal data when it can be linked to an identifiable person — a point to confirm with counsel before launch.

5. Cookies, analytics and tracking

This build sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, embeds no tracking pixels, and runs no analytics. There are no advertising tags, fingerprinting scripts, or session recorders on the page.

No analytics platform, advertising conversion tag, or consent management tool is currently in use. If any is introduced, this section will be updated and the required consent mechanism put in place before the tool is enabled.

6. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Falkenstein, Germany. As is standard for web servers, access logs record technical information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, and user agent. These logs are used to operate and secure the site, are retained for 14 days, and are then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Sharing

Because the current build collects nothing through the form, there is nothing to share with third parties. No data is sold, rented, or transferred for advertising purposes. The only processor engaged is our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH, which processes server logs on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Any additional processor will be listed here before it is used.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As this build does not process personal data through the form, there is currently no stored record to act on. Requests can be directed to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or EEA, you may also complain to your national supervisory authority; ours is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

9. Children

This service is intended for business and technical users and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. A version history should be maintained once the site is live.
