Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Ampline website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What Ampline is
Ampline is an independent infrastructure service concerned with TRON Energy — a network resource used by the TRON blockchain. Our scope is limited to infrastructure and resource provisioning related to that resource.
The website and service are operated by Ampline Technologies OÜ, registered address Narva mnt 7-634, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia. In these terms, "Ampline", "we" and "us" mean that entity.
2. What Ampline is not
Ampline does not, and does not hold itself out to:
- sell, buy, or exchange TRX, USDT, or any other cryptocurrency or token;
- operate a cryptocurrency exchange, brokerage, or trading venue;
- operate a wallet or hold, custody, or control customer funds;
- offer securities, investment products, deposits, yield, or staking returns;
- provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice;
- guarantee transaction outcomes, network availability, or transaction costs.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any financial instrument or digital asset.
3. Current status of this website
This build is a front-end demonstration. The Energy request form validates input in your browser and then discards it: no request is transmitted, no data is stored, no arrangement is created, and no blockchain transaction is initiated. Submitting the form does not create a contract, an obligation, or an expectation of service on either side.
4. No affiliation with TRON
Ampline is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TRON, the TRON Foundation, or any related entity. TRON, TRX, TRC20, USDT and other names are the property of their respective owners and are referred to here only to describe the public networks, standards and assets our service relates to.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to:
- submit information you are not authorised to provide;
- attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the site or its hosting;
- misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organisation;
- pursue any unlawful purpose, including sanctions evasion, money laundering, or fraud.
6. Security expectations
You are solely responsible for the security of your own keys and credentials. Ampline will never ask for a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, or wallet password, and no part of this site requests one. Never enter such information into any form, on this site or elsewhere.
7. Blockchain risk
Public blockchain networks are operated by third parties. Their parameters, resource models, fees, availability, and behaviour can change without notice and are outside our control. Ampline makes no representation that any particular transaction will succeed, that a given amount of Energy will be sufficient for a given transaction, or that network conditions will remain stable.
8. Information on this site
Explanatory content about TRON Energy, bandwidth, and TRC20 transactions is provided for general information. Network behaviour changes over time; verify anything you intend to rely on against current official network documentation.
9. Service terms for paid arrangements
The website form is not an ordering channel. Paid arrangements are agreed separately in writing, and the following terms apply to them.
- Quotes and orders. Rates are quoted per request against a stated Energy volume and duration. A quote is valid for 7 days and is not binding until we confirm the order in writing. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.
- Payment. Invoices are issued in EUR and payable within 14 days by bank transfer, unless the order confirmation says otherwise. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
- Delivery. A resource arrangement begins when we confirm it against the public address you supplied, and ends at the close of the agreed duration. It is your responsibility to give a correct address; arrangements directed to an address you supplied cannot be reversed.
- Cancellation and refunds. An order may be cancelled without charge at any time before the arrangement begins. Once it has begun, the fee for the agreed duration remains payable. Where we fail to make the agreed resource available, we refund the fee for the affected period.
- Support. Support is provided by email at [email protected]. We aim to respond to service requests within one business day. This is a target, not a guaranteed service level, and we do not offer an uptime or availability commitment.
- Consumers. The service is aimed at business and technical users. Where consumer law applies to you, your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal, are unaffected by these terms.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or losses arising from the behaviour, congestion, parameter changes, or unavailability of any public blockchain network, nor for transactions you construct or submit yourself. Where we are liable, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an arrangement is limited to the fees you paid for that arrangement in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
We ask that you contact us at [email protected] first, so that most matters can be settled directly. Disputes that cannot be resolved that way fall to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision.
